SHIPPING
Your new found treasure will be shipped to you, fully insured, for free. When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will also receive an email notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery time. Shipping will take between 5-10 business days and please note that THE RECIPIENT MAY HAVE TO PAY AN IMPORT DUTY OR A FORMAL CUSTOMS ENTRY FEE PRIOR TO OR ON DELIVERY.
Our unique curation of fine jewellery means we often have pieces made-to-order by our designers. The production time for certain pieces is noted within the item description page, please be sure to shop accordingly. If you need something by a specific date, it’s best to confirm delivery times with us before ordering. We can always ask designers to make your made-to-order a priority if you are pressed for time.
RETURNS
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or refund. Returns are accepted for the majority of our jewellery with THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS MARKED AS “CUSTOM ORDER” AND PIECES THAT ARE ENGRAVED OR PERSONALISED.
Should you want to return your item, please notify us at sales@fleursfinds.com . We will provide you with an address to return the item, which should be sent insured and tracked. Please note that return shipping costs, import duties or customs paid, will not be reimbursed.
Upon return, your item will be screened before you are granted a refund or an exchange. Please make sure your item is returned new and unused. Items that are not in a re-saleable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given. Jewellery that is received damaged or becomes damaged by a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase is considered faulty and will be repaired or if not possible, replaced.
Due to varying processing times between payment providers, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
